Regardless of whether your company is on the list below, we work with ALL insurance providers.
Note: Hail claims are comprehensive (NO FAULT). They will NOT increase your insurance premium. However, regardless of whether you made a claim, insurance providers are likely to bump premiums slightly for everyone in the affected area following a significant storm to compensate for their losses.

Should I WAIT till the hail season is over to do the repairs?
In the event of another hailstorm or collision, your insurance company may lower the value of your automobile when calculating the risk of a total loss and refuse to repair previously unreported damage; thus, we strongly advise taking care of any damage as soon as it happens.
After the claim, would my insurance PREMIUM INCREASE?
Because hail claims are comprehensive, they WILL NOT increase your premiums and aren’t your fault. Insurance companies must recover financial losses from large payouts in the area, regardless of whether policyholders submitted claims, which is why we regrettably see an increase in general premiums for all auto policies in the impacted area following a major storm.
Do you provide a FREE ASSESSMENT of damage?
Yes, it takes 10 to 15 minutes for a FREE DAMAGE ASSESSMENT and consultation. We’ll let you know how much damage there is, whether painting is necessary to fix it, and how long the process should take. We might refer you to a respectable body shop if the damage is too significant and full body painting is necessary. We do not, however, provide formal estimates to clients directly; instead, we forward them straight to insurance companies, from which clients can obtain a copy of a completed repair estimate upon request.
What happens if your insurance ESTIMATE IS HIGHER than mine? (provided by an insurance adjuster)
Since they don’t conduct thorough inspections and have no incentive to do so, insurance companies usually provide low initial estimates for auto hail repairs. However, the whole cost of hail damage will be covered by your comprehensive insurance. On your behalf, we will talk with your insurance company to ensure that any required repairs are completely covered. Because hail damage assessments are subjective, insurance tends to undervalue them. With our paintless dent removal process, we can take care of these variations and return your car to its pre-loss state. Never try to find a shop that will fix the damage cheaper. Locate a trustworthy shop that will deal directly with your insurance provider and restore your car correctly.
How much TIME will it take to fix?
The PDR procedure takes 2 to 4 days for the majority of cases. Because high-quality paint booths frequently have long lines and obtaining supplies may take time, repairs may take longer if parts need to be painted or changed. Additionally, give your insurance company a few days to review and approve the estimate we will provide. Our repairs typically take 1 to 2 weeks to complete in total.
How much does Paintless Dent Repair COST?
Each insurance provider assesses repair expenses using a different pricing matrix. In addition to estimating the cost of labor, paint, and parts, they also determine the extent and size of dents. In general, some people might think that these dents are little and simple to fix, but for 99% of the cars we examine, the cost of repairs comes to thousands of dollars.
Can I PAY OUT-OF-POCKET if I don’t want to submit a claim?
You absolutely can, but because the repair is typically somewhat costly—and that is exactly what insurance is for—we strongly suggest using it to pay for it. Furthermore, hail will not increase your rate because it is an “Act of God” claim.
I think the damage is minor; is it something I can FIX MYSELF with simple tools?
Since effective restoration requires years of expertise and experience, we highly advise against our clients trying to repair dents themselves. Without the proper knowledge, it is very simple to damage the panel, which cannot be repaired and will need to be replaced and painted, neither of which is covered by insurance.
